Enjoy free delivery within India only on all orders exceeding ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 will apply. Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it via courier within 72 working hours and notify you via email or SMS.

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days, depending on your location. Deliveries to areas not covered by our courier service may take a minimum of 10 days.

If you receive a package in damage or open condition, please do not accept the package.

If you receive a damaged item or have a complaint, please record an unboxing video to facilitate a smooth return process. To claim a return or report missing products, you must provide continuous, uncut footage of the unboxing process.

Orders from outside India will not be accepted, and delivery will not be available.

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is currently unavailable.

Upon delivery, the recipient at the specified address must acknowledge receipt of the goods. We are not responsible if the package is received and acknowledged by someone other than the person who placed the order.
